NEW FIND — on CHC website about the 20% low income

Since our Mayor co-sponsored a “density bonus law” in 2020 (wow what a coincidence, the timing) that may sink us, and the City residents he represents are so against it, if I were in his shoes I would resign.  It’s like a double agent hiding in plain sight behind the fact that he is “out in the open” about his CHC “involvement” (possible ownership). It smells so so bad and there are very few real “coincidences”.  I like how he acted naive when questioning the developer about how people are chosen for the low income units. He knows very well how it all works.  Shameful.

Look at his campaign finance disclosures and the monies he received for reelection l, and who gave to him…. This is all public information.

I would bet that the more we investigate this, the more we will find.  Ray took office in January 2019, then the city set all of these housing element changes in motion.  Much of this took place during COVID lockdowns.  How could the city manager and attorney allow this?  What are the recall procedures to force him out of office if he doesn’t resign ?
