Agenda for the May 9th LVUSD Board meeting and there looks to be two agenda items related to the proposed fence.
Under 7:36pm – “Items Schedule for Action- Consent A”, there are two relevant items:
13. Approval of Award of Bid to Golden Bay Fence Plus Iron Works, Inc. for the Fencing and Gates, Remove and Replace Project at Various Sites
15. Acceptance of Proposal From Hahn and Associates Inc. for the Property Line Survey at White Oak Elementary School There are pdfs that describe each action on consent if you scroll down.
The first item (#13) looks to be a general bid for fencing across a number of schools. Interesting that White Oak has two options proposed for costs but no description.
The second item, #15 is a $6700 proposal from Hahn and Associates for a property line survey around White Oak.
